We’re seeking a highly analytical, Excel‑savvy finance professional to drive financial performance and revenue strategy across our growing senior housing portfolio. This is a high‑visibility role ideal for someone who excels at building complex models, designing scalable reporting, and translating data into business changing insights.

 

What You’ll Do

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Long‑Range Modeling

  • Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and 3–5-year financial plans at the community and portfolio level.
  • Build sophisticated financial models and acquisition pro formas with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Support underwriting assumptions, NOI projections, and return analyses for new and existing assets.
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to strengthen forecast accuracy.

Revenue Strategy & Pricing Analytics

  • Serve as the FP&A lead for revenue optimization and pricing decisions.
  • Analyze competitor dynamics, market trends, sales performance, and occupancy patterns.
  • Build tools to evaluate rate increases, promotions, concessions, and product mix by community/care level.
  • Monitor performance post‑implementation and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue.

Advanced Reporting, KPIs & Data Management

  • Build automated, scalable reporting from the ground up primarily in Excel.
  • Own KPI definitions, calculations, and reporting consistency across systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy across Yardi, SeniorLytics, and Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Partner with Accounting/Operations to align system outputs with financial results.

Systems, Process Improvement & Analytics Enablement

  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations impacting FP&A.
  • Improve automation, reduce manual reporting, and streamline workflows.
  • Develop standardized templates, models, and documentation that scale with growth.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Accounting, Asset Management, and Executive Leadership.
  • Present insights that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Support executive‑level dashboards, board prep, and ad‑hoc analysis.

 

What You Bring

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 6–10+ years of progressive FP&A, financial modeling, or analytics experience.
  • Expert Excel abilities (large datasets, advanced formulas, scenario modeling).
  • Strong background in long‑range planning, forecasting, and acquisition pro forma development.
  • High technical aptitude and comfort working across multiple systems/platforms.

Preferred

  • Experience in senior housing, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, or multi‑unit operations.
  • Familiarity with Yardi and HR/payroll systems like Dayforce.
  • Exposure to pricing, revenue management, or sales analytics.
  • Background supporting high‑growth, acquisition‑focused organizations.
